On March 4, 2024, SQZ Biotechnologies Company sold substantially all of its assets, including intellectual property and Cell Squeeze® technology, to STEMCELL Technologies Canada Acquisitions, Inc., and filed a Certificate of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware.
